Only general information will be taken & no payment is needed at this stage.
What to
Bring
Bring your child’s past medical records, prescriptions, and hospital discharge summaries if available.
Please bring your child to the clinic on or a few minutes ahead of time.
Pre-
Consultation
New patients will have to register at the front desk - there is no registration fee.
Your child’s height, weight, and vitals will be checked before you are sent in to see the doctor.
For emergencies, we will use a triage system to identify children in the waiting room who require priority medical attention.
Make
the Payment
Payments can be made after the appointment.
For in-person consultations, & vaccinations, they can be made at the front desk.
For online consultations, we will send you a secure payment link.
